BEEF & LAMB GYRO (DONER)

Pieces of lamb and beef meat and minced meat are put on a big skewer, cooked vertically by spinning it next to the grill. Thin pieces are cut like leaves with a big knife. Can be served on a plate, bun, wrap or with pita.

Döner kebabs are a type of Turkish dish similar to the Greek gyro or the Arab shawarma. A style of cooking that dates back to the Ottomans.

CHICKEN GYRO

Our Homemade Chicken doner plates served over rice with salad, and our special white sauce or choice of dressing.

Chicken Gyro or Chicken Doner made with meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie.

Spiced and seasoned meat is stacked high on a rotisserie and turns slowly, next to a vertical cooking element.

A knife is then used to slice thin shavings from the outer most layer of the meat as it cooks.

The vertical rotisserie was invented in the 19th-century and is used all over the world for dishes such as Turkish Doner, Arab Shawarma, Greek Gyros, Canadian donair, and Mexican al pastor.

Falafel is a round or patty shaped fritter made with chickpeas or broad beans (fav beans) that are ground with spices and herbs. Served over rice with salad, and our special white sauce, or choice of sauce. Add sauces for an additional charge.
